The bedroom features a queen bed, and there's a sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is also wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities, including a rooftop pool and sky jacuzzi, typically open from May to early October, subject to weather. The building also offers a fitness center with a sauna, a lobby/lounge/library, and a golf simulator. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is filled with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is convenient. Uber and Lyft services are readily available, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working, providing a remote work-friendly environment.
