The neighborhood offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals and is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
