The building offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby/lounge/library, rooftop pool access typically open from May to early October, and a sky jacuzzi (heated) open during the same period. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Max 2 pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, with police being called if this rule is broken.
