The location is also very walkable, with Uber and Lyft readily available. The property is a smoke-free environment, with smoking prohibited within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, and common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with building-wide Wi-Fi for co-working, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
