The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The building offers a range of amenities including a gym, pool, sauna, bowling alley, and golf simulator. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is filled with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. The location is also very walkable, with Uber and Lyft readily available. The property is a smoke-free environment, with smoking prohibited within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, and common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with building-wide Wi-Fi for co-working, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
