It includes all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. The building offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby/lounge/library, rooftop pool access typically open from May to early October, and a sky jacuzzi heated and open during the same period. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working. Outdoor amenities like grills, firepits, and spa are seasonal, available from May through October, depending on the weather. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the stay length and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. The apartment offers one towel per guest per stay. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location and downtown are very walkable. The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working, providing a convenient space for remote work.
