Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
