The rooftop pool and Sky Jacuzzi are open from May to early October, subject to weather, and the building controls the HVAC system to automatically heat or cool depending on the season. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. A pet fee is applicable based on the length of stay, and a fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Additional fees include a $75 per hour late check-out fee, a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are permitted. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
