The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and access to building amenities like a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby lounge library, rooftop pool, and sky jacuzzi. The building also offers common area Wi-Fi for co-working and is wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The property is smoke-free, and smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The neighborhood offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
