This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and building common area Wi-Fi for co-working. The rooftop pool and sky jacuzzi are typically open from May to early October, subject to weather. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays or experiences. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working.
