Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. A pet fee is charged based on stay length, collected separately, and emotional support animals may incur a pet fee. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
