With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check.
