An additional pet fee is applicable based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is filled with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
