The neighborhood is part of the 55418 zip code and located south of St Anthony Boulevard, west of Stinson Boulevard, north of Lowry Avenue, and west of Central Avenue. Homes in Audubon Park are mostly older with the large majority having been built prior to 1940. Many of these homes are also detached with only a small number of multiple family dwellings.

The other is Gross Golf Course located to the southeast by about the same distance. Both courses are well maintained providing a high quality game of golf. Both also feature nice clubhouses with helpful staff. The two courses are among numerous in the area providing great variety in golf options for area golfers.
For shopping, much of the major shopping requires a bit of driving. There is however a Target which provides many of the day to day goods located to the south off of County Road 88.
