All Bedrooms are located on the second floor with 2 bathrooms on the top and 1 on the main floor. LVP flooring on the main, and carpet on the second floor. Master bedroom is connected to the master bathroom and master closet, so the head of this household will have all these amenities conveniently connected! Open-concept flooring on the main floor where the living, dining, and kitchen are all integrated. Electric fireplace is included as an added perk. Comes with a three-car garage for multiple-car storage, or can use as extra storage space. General Pricing & Responsibilities: Tenant will be payingfor all utilities (water, electric, heat, trash, etc.), personal belongings and furnishings, and well maintenance of the home. $50 monthly fee for base fiber internet connectivity. One-time $50 application fee to-be received required, as well as background check fees (~$70) to be reimbursed at cost per adult as applicable.
