Deposit is non-refundable if prospective tenant backs out of a lease signing after they have been approved. -Security Deposit equal to first months rent. First months rent and security deposit due at lease signing. -Garbage/Recycling and Water/Sewer are included. All other utilities are the tenants responsibility.
