The house is located near downtown, less than 2 mile from Mayo Clinic, right next to several walking/biking paths such as Silver Lake. The house is near Sliver Lake Foods, Grandma's Kitchen, Kung Fu Tea, Tacos, Starbucks, many more within a 5 min drive. The room being rented is the Bedroom with shared bathroom. This room is furnished with twin size memory foam bed, blackout curtains, desk, etc (see photos). The kitchen is furnished. Living room has TV with Netflix and Home theater couch. We do have 1 Cat, 2 Mini Golden doodles, and 1 Dachshund. No additional animals. All utilities, WiFi with up to 500MBPS, and lawn/snow removal are included in the rent!
