This is a fantastic neighborhood, just steps from the river trails and close to all the great restaurants and shops on Grand Ave. Plus, it’s super convenient to both I-35E and I-94 for easy commuting. The house is about 1800 sq ft and has lots of old-school charm. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are fully furnished, so you’ll just need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The bedroom available is spacious, with plenty of natural light, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement along with lots of storage space. Rent: $1300/month plus deposit (1300), which includes heat, gas for cooking, water, trash, and high-speed internet. We’d split the electric bill, which typically runs between $45-$75 a month. Garage parking is also available for an extra monthly cost. Ideal Roommate: I’m hoping to find someone who’s a working professional in their 30s or 40s and who likes to keep things tidy. Just pick up after yourself, and I’ll do the same. About Me: I’m a 40-year-old female working in marketing. I love the outdoors—walking and biking on nearby trails—and I’m all about supporting local book and record stores. I also enjoy cooking and sharing meals with friends.
