West Side Neighborhood

The West Side neighborhood is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The neighborhood is a short drive away from downtown Saint Paul, which is an excellent destination for a wide variety of needs and attractions. West Side is in a nice location with a lot of natural beauty. There are plenty of lakes and parks that make the neighborhood much more peaceful. There is also an airport within the neighborhood that makes it easy for residents to fly without much hassle.

Being close to the downtown area allows residents to take advantage of great attractions and events without much effort. The Science Museum of Minnesota is located off Kellogg Boulevard. It is a great museum with plenty of science exhibits that can be enjoyed by visitors of different ages. This museum is a wholesome place to bring children, because it teaches them about the world around them. Throughout the year, the museum changes its main exhibition so that the content is always unique. Another great place for children in the downtown area is the Minnesota Children’s Museum. This museum has many different activities that allow children to interact with the world.

Relatively close to the museums is the Cathedral of Saint Paul. This amazing structure was built in 1915 and is one of the most beautiful buildings in all of Saint Paul. The large copper dome can be seen from long distances and is easily one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city. It is an amazing photographic opportunity.

West Side also has a number of parks nearby with baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and even trails that are meant to give active residents plenty of pavement on which to exercise. There are also plenty of lakes and, of course, the Mississippi River for recreational boating and fishing.
