Property Id: 1593232 We are offering our fully furnished short-term rental STUDIO unit #10 for an extended stay from December 20, 2024 until the end of March, 2025. Applicants must pass the background check at their own expense. Linens will be provided during this rental period, but you are responsible for the laundry and upkeep of your unit. Feel free to use everything that is already provided, like all the small kitchen appliances, dinner wares, etc. You will have starter bath supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and toilet paper. You need to buy your own supplies after that. A refundable security deposit of $400 for incidentals and a $110 cleaning fee is required. Pls handle things with care so as to avoid paying for damages.
