Property Id: 1684962 We are offering our only 1-bedroom, fully furnished short-term rental unit #7 for an extended stay from December 2024 until the end of March 2025. Feel free to use everything that is already provided, like all the small kitchen appliances, dinner wares, etc. It comes with starter bath supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and toilet paper. You need to buy your own supplies after that. A refundable security deposit of $200 for incidentals. Pls handle things with care so as to avoid paying for damages. We will provide weekly cleaning. Floors, surfaces, bathroom, and linen swap are part of the weekly cleaning. Tenants are responsible for their dishes and trash.
