Property Id: 1684962 We are offering our 1-bedroom, fully furnished short-term rental unit #7 for an extended stay from January 2025 until the end of March 2025. Applicants must pass the background check at their own expense. Feel free to use everything that is already provided, like all the small kitchen appliances, dinner wares, etc. You will have starter bath supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and toilet paper. You need to buy your own supplies after that. A refundable security deposit of $250 for incidentals. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their unit. We will charge $100 cleaning fee by the end of the term. Pls handle things with care so as to avoid paying for damages.
