Parks Edge is a quiet family neighborhood located on the north side of town, across the street from Oakland Junior High and Oakland Park. Choose from a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplex with or without an unfinished basement, or a 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. Most of our spacious 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplexes have 1354 square feet of living space. We do have additional units that include an unfinished basement, adding approximately 675 square feet-ideal for the person with additional storage or workspace needs.
