Empty lot next door with a driveway that past tenants have used without issue. -Security Deposit is $500. Pet Deposit is $100/pet. All deposits are refundable after move-out. -$125 cleaning fee due upon move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25/pet. $150/month for each additional occupant. -First & last months' rent prorated based on move-in/move-out dates. Our ideal new tenant will have respect for a peaceful environment. Although this property is located on a busy street the bedrooms are in the back, and it tends to be pretty quiet for sleeping. We love old houses and this one is circa 1920s. Expect the floors to creak, cabinet doors that don't always shut perfectly, and original tile & tub in the bathroom.
