Application fee is $35 and is required for every adult over the age of 18 who intends to reside at the property. Household income must be 3x monthly rent. We screen for credit, criminal, rental and job history. Full months rent plus security deposit required before move in, upon accepted application and signing of lease. Tenants responsible for Water, Gas, and Electric, lawn mowing and snow removal. A mowing and snow removal package can be added on for a fee. We do not advertise on Facebook or Craigslist.
