New Mark Neighborhood

New Mark is a residential neighborhood located in Clay County, Kansas City, Missouri. Among this neighborhood’s amenities are its convenient location, nestled in proximity to schools, parks, restaurants, shopping centers, and highways.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate living close to several parks. The Platte Purchase Park, located north of 152 Highway off of Platte Purchase Drive, encompasses 140 acres featuring a 1.5 mile natural walking trail, children’s playground, and baseball and softball fields. Golfers will have ample opportunities to swing their clubs at nearby Staley Farms Golf Club offering a championship style 18-hole course, fitness center with outdoor pool, and tennis and volleyball courts.

The Mid-Continent Public Library North Oak Branch can be easily reached off North Oak Traffic Way. Shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and several businesses are also mainly found off North Oak Traffic Way. The Oakbrook at New Mark Apartment Complex off North East 103rd Street offers short term and long term apartment and town home rentals and features two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a 24-hour fitness center.

Parents of school age children residing in New Mark have a variety of nearby schools to choose from. Fox Hill Elementary school and New Mark Middle School are both just a few blocks away off North East 106th Street. Staley High School is a short commute away right off North East Shoal Creek Parkway. Nashua Elementary School is about a mile and a half away off North East 114th Street. Bell Prairie Elementary School can be also found off North East 108th Street.
