We are in the process of completely remodeling this house. It was stripped down to the studs with new floor joists and new walls and a new roof and new everything making it basically a brand new house throughout. It will have a brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, brand new family room, new windows, new luxury vinyl floors, and the two bedrooms and closets are all new. It has a new water heater and it also has two new mini split heaters and ac units. We also redid the cement for the driveway and are finishing a very nice 1 car attached garage which will also have a nice walk in closet inside of it. We just put in a new 8' x 10' sheds to use as well and are going to level and clean out the yard. No smoking will be allowed and a pet would require prior approval and would add $50 per month for each pet approved. We estimate the house will be ready to move it sometime between April 15th and May 1st. I would require an application for anyone 18 or over and you can fill that out on
