House comes equipped with hot water and heat! Wow! (My wife's Dad is in HVAC so she thinks that everyone should know what they are getting when they move-in)

Walkout basement with patio (directly under the balcony upstairs). Great for grilling... also nice if spending any time in the basement cause there is plenty of natural light!

Unfinished basement... as you can see, covers the whole main floor so there is a TON of storage for seasonal decorations or that memorabilia that you just cannot get rid of... really helps to declutter the upstairs living areas.

Smaller than the other bedroom's bathroom... which is why we ended up making this bedroom the office, but has a full shower/tub.

Looking into the hallway... double door is the laundry and the door inside is a giant walk-in closet. The closet runs the entire length of the wall and is much larger than the other room's closet. Unfortunately, we use it for storage and so my wife was too ashamed of the mess to take a picture ...

West side master bedroom... another large space, this one with vaulted ceilings and ample light in the afternoons. Great space to choose as your own master, or house a couple children, make into an office/gaming room, or just have for overnight guests.

Laundry room... washer and dryer stay. Upper floor so you don't have to lug laundry all over the house... super convenient!

Bathroom... good size and plenty of outlets for all kinds of hair accessories, radios, etc.

The closet... holds ample clothes and has built in cabinet/clothes rods.

This is now upstairs... the first bedroom as you reach the top of the staircase looking in from the doorway. The "East side master" bedroom. This is the room my wife and I chose as our bedroom...

Cozy living area. Comes with an electric fireplace.

Dining area and you can spot the balcony door to the right... great natural lighting in the mornings.

The balcony is shared with the neighbors, but there is a divider for privacy.

Attached to the kitchen is a balcony... big enough for a couple chairs, and patio umbrella/table set.

Kitchen forms an L and so keeps the space feeling open and the cooks interacting with guests/family.

Immediately to the left, there is a half bathroom so that your guests need not go upstairs through the bedrooms.
