This is a fully furnished executive rental that is available for a 1 month lease up to 3 month lease. Option to extend lease if your work contract is extended. Your will be close to everything when you stay at the centrally-located Cherokee Cottage. This cottage is 2 blocks from Mercy Hospital, 1 mile away from Bass Pro Shops and 2 miles to Downtown Springfield, including Missouri State University. The Cherokee cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for up to 6 people. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals and sitting around the cozy breakfast nook. Or you could head outside and gather on the oversized deck and take in the quiet neighborhood. The space Welcome to your home away from home. Get comfortable in the inviting living room with ample seating and a large 55 inch smart TV (provider log-in required). Or hang out around the breakfast nook and cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Two of the 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. Each bedroom has noise and light reducing blinds as well as a white noise machine for extra comfort. Bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and towels for up to 6 people. The hallway right outside of the bathroom has additional linens. Cherokee Cottage sits on a corner lot and has a fully fenced yard. Home is dog friendly, but breed must be approved before stay. Guest access Guests will be given an access code to the backdoor 1 hour before check in time. Code will not work until check-in time. Guests have access to the entire home, including the one car garage. Guests will not be given a garage door opener and must use switch inside garage. Up to $150 paid utilities, tenant is pays for any overage.
