I started the lease in January and need a take over for June 6th. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with an optional attached garage. Ground floor and corner apartment. It’s the Carlton layout on the website! I absolutely love this apartment and its location. However, something popped up closer to work! 2 club houses, 2 pools, and pet friendly! I do have pets but haven’t been here long and have a personal carpet shampooer. Would not have to pay security deposit just the application fee! Can set up showings for interested parties!
