Sleeping Area: Relax in a full-size bed with an overhead charging station. Entertainment: Unwind on the couch with a 4K projector and Firestick for streaming your favorite apps. Includes free gaming with Prime or Game Pass (if subscribed) and an Xbox controller for added fun. Storage: Ample wardrobe space with hangers and drawers. Laundry: Free washer & dryer access in the backyard (shared with main house). Friendly German Shepherd on-site; let us know if you’d like them indoors during laundry time. Housekeeping: House cleaning will be done on a bi-weekly basis, depending on scheduling the weeks may change but your studio will be cleaned twice a month, falling on a Monday or Tuesday. Important: Cleaner will not touch private belongings. For example, if personal laundry is on bed, they can not reset your bed linen and will be left as is. For safety reasons, cleaner will not enter unit while occupied. Security: The home is securely accessed via a smart lock with your own code, assigned upon confirmation of stay and signing of rental agreement. The property has security cameras on the exterior only.
