She has Parkinson's & is limited in mobility, no mental deficits, loves conversation. Tenant would have own room & access to all common areas.of home, and be available for anything that may be needed (changing, repositioning, hydration, etc. for comfort level needs). - Parent has other caregivers & friends w.access visiting during the day / into evening. Owner / manager to be present sometimes. So it will not be 100% private at all times in common areas. However, you will have your own private room & use of all the amenities at the home, including storage. - A student is welcome or someone with more experience.
