Nevada draws people because of it's climate, low taxes, jobs, entertainment, it's newness, master planned communities with a variety of amenities, senior communities, and so much more. From 1990 until March 2019 we were one of the first 4 RE/MAX franchises in Las Vegas. Our goals were to build a dynamic Team of professional, client oriented, real estate agents. We manage over 400 homes with our own Maintenance Department and Home Inspection service. O48 Realty has 55 agents who service the valley.
