This apartment just finished being renovated last summer. Utilities included are heat (oil heat), hot water, water/sewer, internet, and Philo TV streaming service. Electricity is not included. Trash removal is provided by the city. This rental includes all furnishings. All large furniture items would need to stay in the apartment. Smaller furniture items can either be left in the apartment or they can be removed. The addition of any substantial furniture items would need to be addressed on a case by case basis.
