Open living area with sliders leading to deck and water. 1st floor primary bedroom with one bedroom and den/office upstairs. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal. $250.00 cleaning fee is due at the end of lease. House is fully furnished - tenant will be responsible to bring their own bath towels and bed sheets(linens not included). 1st months rent ($3,500.) & security deposit ($3,500.00) and ($1,700.00 towards heating (propane) and basic cable(phone-wifi) ) are due at signing of lease agreement. Credit check,back ground check and references for all occupants over 18 years of age are required. Tenant is responsible for the Electric-Propane Gas(Heat-see above) and snow removal. The tenant has no right to sub-let the property or use the property as an AirBNB. Pets(dogs) maybe considered No smoking or vaping in the house/building.
