GREAT LOCATION - It's just outside of downtown Dover. It's a 5 minute walk to get downtown underneath historic Broadway Bridge. Breakaway Cafe, (formerly flight coffee shop), is a great place for work-from-homers to post up with a laptop. UNH Bus & COAST bus stops, a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can pick up Amtrak and get to Boston. This is also a 5 minute drive to the big box stores in Dover/Somersworth, Rt 9, Rt 108, and Rt 155. In a pinch, there is a local deli / convenience store across the street: "Katz's Deli". Small Park with a half court basketball court is a great place to take your dog(s) for a walk. This apartment has a close proximity to everything Dover has to offer while still maintaining the privacy and peacefulness of a quiet street.
