Lilac Garden is a lovely community with garden-style 1 and 2-bedroom condominiums conveniently located off Exit 8 west of Route 16 in Dover, NH. Some units are newly renovated with granite countertops, new appliances, tile, and/or wood flooring and are freshly painted; other units have new appliances, carpet, and granite-like countertops. All condominiums offer either a separate balcony or patio. There is a laundromat and trash compactor on-site. All buildings are secure and under surveillance. Lilac Garden condominiums are smoke-free. No dogs allowed. There is a one-year lease minimum.  Monument Garden offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom garden-style condominiums starting at $2250.00 monthly. The layout allows for the open concept feel as you walk into these units with a spacious dining area, kitchen, and living room. These newly constructed condos' kitchens feature granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. These units include tile, carpeted, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, modernized bathrooms, and in-unit washers and dryers. Some Monument Garden units have gas fireplaces and private balconies/patios. Monument Garden condominiums are smoke-free, cat-friendly, and handicap accessible with the convenience of an elevator. Tenants can enjoy our newly constructed pickleball court. The condominium complex has many updates, including recent road paving, new siding, new roofs, and beautiful lighting to ensure all occupants feel safe and at home. All tenants have a 12-month lease minimum. Many of our tenants have called this place home for many years and plan for many more.
