Lovely cottage in Milton NH for $1450/month. This is one cottage in a row of 7 cottages. One neighbor is close, but the other side has a large private driveway. We require credit scores of at least 650 please. Ideally we are looking for a May 1 move in. It was newly renovated 2 years ago and has granite counter and new vinyl flooring. It is a large property just 3 minutes from the town beach, and has lovely walking paths out the back door and access to a "back pond" for kayaking, etc. $1450/month rent includes water and sewer only. New Rinnai for heat and propane at a fixed yearly rate. This year it is $1.93/gallon. Electric hot water heater. NO laundry hook ups in the cottage, but a laundry room is located on the property. Prefer no pets, but small pets considered for a $50/mo fee. One year lease and security deposit required.
