It is a large property just 3 minutes from the town beach, and has lovely walking paths out the back door and access to a "back pond" for kayaking, etc. $1350/month rent includes water and sewer only. New Rinnai for heat and propane at a fixed yearly rate. This year it is $1.93/gallon. Electric hot water heater. NO laundry hook ups in the cottage, but a laundry room is located on the property. Prefer no pets, but small pets considered for a $50/mo fee. One year lease and security deposit required.
