A pet fee is applicable based on stay length and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may also incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Wheelchair accessibility is available in some units, so please inquire in advance to ensure you have an accessible first-floor unit. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, with no Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds permitted. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A laptop computer is not included.
