The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer on each floor, accessible via a $2/load app payment, and a fitness center. Guests also receive two complimentary parking spots per reservation. Guests can enjoy bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the Boardwalk. The condo is wheelchair accessible, and guests have access to the entire condo and all building amenities. Located in the Showboat building, this condo offers an excellent location on the beach and Boardwalk. Major attractions such as Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the Boardwalk are just downstairs. The 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined) is allowed, with no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID and confirm contact information. A rental usage agreement must be signed, and guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town bookings or 25 years old for local bookings. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
