Additionally, there are 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation, with parking codes provided. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer facilities are on each floor, with payment by app at $2 per load. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2 dogs (40lbs combined) and a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are just downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also right downstairs, offering great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. The condo is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
