Guests enjoy full access to the entire apartment along with all the amenities the building has to offer. Wheelchair accessibility is available in some units, so please ask in advance to ensure you have an accessible first-floor unit. The Showboat building boasts a prime position directly on the beach and boardwalk. Key attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk and beach are conveniently located just downstairs. Additionally, within the Showboat building itself, the newly established 85,000 sqft Lucky Snake arcade offers a range of exciting options including arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other easily accessible or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available around the clock. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
