This property is offered as a short-term winter rental for January to April 30th only and the rate shown is the monthly rate. It is also available for rent weekly in May to October (if interested inquire for summer rates). It comes furnished and offers 2 off-street parking spaces. This smoke/vape-free property does not accept pets,ensuring a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. In addition,no subletting is allowed,there is no washer/dryer access and heat for winter rental is paid separately. All applications require a background and credit check. 1.5x monthly rent is also required as a refundable security deposit.
