The large backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling with multiple picnic tables and a nice permanent gazebo for your outdoor dining needs. Also our owners provide beach chairs,beach wagon,cornhole game and even fishing poles. $1000.00 refundable security deposit for all rentals. $300.00 cleaning charge added to all rentals. Weeks of 7/12,8/16 and 8/23 are available @ prime rate. The weeks of 5/31,6/7,6/14 and 6/21 are available at reduced rates.
