There are lighted ceiling fans in the dining room, mini blinds on all windows, storm/screen doors on each apartment & off-street parking. Our remodel apartments come with newer kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances including a microwave over the stove. Abundant closet space, 24-hour emergency maintenance staff and a Professional on-site Management staff who are caring and courteous. We offer a free fitness center and are in the process of installing a new "Sparkling inground swimming pool" membership fee still to be determined. Sorry no dogs but we do allow cats for a small onetime fee. We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday, Friday & Saturday and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am to 7:00pm.
