This Home is located in Wall Township in the West Belmar Section,owner had a wonderful experience doing Air bnb for part of the 2023 Summer with great ratings and comments ! Feel free to check them out ! She has also made even more improvements since this past Summer and has opened up the 3rd bedroom to rent out as well. So the full house and yard are available ! Unfortunately,because of changes in the local laws in Wall Township the owner can only rent for 45 consecutive days. Unfortunately,because of changes in the local laws in Wall Township the owner can no longer rent for short term stays. New Law states a 45 consecutive day stay in Wall Township. The exact dates are flexible but the owner is hoping to rent from May to September in 45 day increments for example: June 1 to July 15 and then July 17 to August 30. But this is flexible. Each 45 days would be $12,500. A security deposit and 1/3 of the rent will be due at signing of a simple rental agreement with generous accommodations for extenuating circumstances. The price for each 45 day slot is $12,500 for prime summer months June,July,August. And if you are interested in renting from April-May or September-October 45 days would be $5,000 The owner is happy to meet in person also or talk by email,text,or phone :)
