City water, trash, electricity and gas utilities are charged at a flat rate of $300/month, in addition to the rent, which brings the total monthly payment $1800/mo. Gas is used for the main heater and generates a warm cozy atmosphere in the winter. Long term tenant welcome who wishes to make the house a home, minimum 1 year lease.
