We are looking to sublet our 1-bedroom apartment for 4 months, with the potential to extend the lease on a month-to month-basis. It will stay fully furnished with the bed, couch, table and rug as pictured (things like bedspread and some art we will take with us). WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone who is tidy and will be respectful of the space, as we own this apartment and will likely be listing it for sale later this spring or summer. We need to rent to someone who is open to us having 2-3 open houses, in which you would have to be out of the apartment for several hours. The apartment will be month-to-month after the initial 4-month lease term because the unit may sell. We have never had a big maintenance issue in this building, and there is a building board that is available to answer questions, as well as a message thread for tenants. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS -A security deposit of $1500 will be required and returned when you vacate, assuming no damage has been caused. -Renter will need to sign our lease agreement, which will specify a lease of 4 months, with month-to-month possible at owner discretion afterwards. -I am available to show the apartment most days and all weekends.
