It is conveniently located half a block from the L train and a few more from the M train, with Union Square just 20 minutes away. The apartment includes two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed, one with morning light and the other with evening light. One room also has an additional comfy pull-out sofa for two extra guests, and there’s a smaller single bedroom, accommodating a maximum of seven people. In the middle, you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for hanging out with friends, with plenty of light from the skylight above. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Edgy and increasingly hip, Bushwick is an evolving, industrial area marked by imaginative street art and converted warehouses that are home to artist studios and artisanal coffee shops. Dining options span the globe, and avant-garde nightlife thrives in clubs like the performance space House of Yes and quirky bars with vintage, mismatched furnishings. A few pocket parks are shaded by mature trees and have playgrounds. This property does not include an in-unit washer/dryer. You will either be personally greeted by a partner member or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair.
