Refreshed apartment (about 6 years since last major upgrades). The ground floor has good light and right-sized for two people. There is a Finished Cellar for accessory use only that is included. The cellar has tons of storage, an additional half bath, wet bar and access to the back yard (small gatherings only). Backyard upkeep required as per lease - landscapers provided at additional cost. Responsive and courteous apartment repairs. Payment of rent through electronic pay portal included at no additional charge. Excellent for BM3 Bus service to the city.
