Hi neighbors! I personally have lived in this apartment here for 6 years. It has been a dream honestly. A really magical apartment, community, and living experience. The building has a movie theater, parking, gym, yoga room, lounge, laundry, bike storage, and two gigantic furnished rooftops with city views as well. All free excluding parking (affordable!). and laundry (great machines). I'm actually not even moving out of the building, just a smaller apartment. It's available for a year lease minimum, starting January 5th. THERE IS NO BROKER FEE. It's a 4 floor walk-up and that's the only con... I have great legs though! The apartment is huge, no bedrooms share walls with each other, and it's nicely laid out with two outdoor spaces! There are smart thermostats in each bedroom (no annoying window A/C's) One bedroom has a huge shared deck with city views. One is a cute balcony I currently have a portable hammock tied up. I love waking up, opening my bedroom door, and laying on my hammock and watch the clouds roll by. All bedrooms are queen/king sized. Large windowed living room, full sized applianced kitchen, nice large stone floor bathroom, foyer with a MASSIVE closet, and more. The North bedroom has a massive double door closet, east window and north door. The East bedroom is between the bathroom and living room. It is the biggest room, and has a clothing rack and a closet right outside the door I designate for that bedroom but obviously up to you. The South bedroom has acted as a bedroom in the past and a photo studio. I call it the "sun room" because it has basically a wall of windows and a glass south door. It originally was a two bedroom, the tenant before me built a wall to create the third bedroom. We can have this wall removed if you wish. The building is home too many creatives, musicians, writers, architects, young families, pet lovers, and all around good people. Management is top notch. There is a daily cleaner for the hallways and amenity rooms, monthly terminator, attentive Super, and office secretaries that take care of work orders in a timely manner. Located just 1 block from the G train. Same block - Supermarket, Chase Bank, coffee shop, restaurants, new bar, Brain food, etc. ** If interested the apartment can stay nicely furnished for an additional one time payment of $1000 - 3 high quality beds (2 queens and 1 full), 3 TVs, all kitchen supplies, 2 large desks, 2 computer chairs, end tables, a dresser, a half couch, a tv console, new two person hammock (north bedroom) and more. You will apply directly the management. It's $20 for the application fee, $500 to take it off the market, and that goes towards first month's rent. I worked for management for 6 years - I have permission to post this information. Please email out if you're interested or have questions! I'll email you right back. I also work remote so can show the apartment anytime. The management has a "first come first serve" policy, so if this place looks good to you - JUMP ON IT!
