The third floor of my house is available for one or two persons. You have your own entrance. You don't go through anyone else's space and no one goes through yours. I live on the first floor. I only want quiet people living over my head. The third floor has three large rooms, plus a bathroom and closet space. One room is an eat-in kitchen. The other two rooms can be used as a bedroom and living room or as two bedrooms. The walls slant so there is more foot space than head space. The floorspace is roughly 650 sq. feet. The ceilings are low, but not too low. The rooms are currently vacant, but I'm have some work done on the walls so it is not yet in move-in condition. One cat is possible with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. You share the utilities with me. It's a ten minute walk to the Q train, 12 minutes to the F, and 15 minutes to the G. There are lots of stores within that radius. Prospect Park and Green Wood cemetery aren't much further. There is a little bit of furniture available for your use as long as you don't damage it. You can park your bike in the back yard, but if you need a space for a car, it will cost extra. You must pay in advance the first and last month's rent, plus a half month security deposit.
