All of our homes have private entrances and garages. We offer 24 hour maintenance, onsite Property Management, as well as playgrounds and basketball courts onsite. We are close to shopping, a hospital, banks and fitness center. Our dedicated maintenance team will handle the lawn mowing and snow removal for you. We have a liberal pet policy ($450 non-refundable pet fee, $15 a month added to the rent per pet and there are no breed or size restrictions on the dogs) and a family friendly environment.
